CITI currently works with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on the Biometric Storage System (BSS), which will improve identity management, reduce the burden on benefit applicants, and improve the sharing of person-centric case files on immigrants applying for U.S. citizenship.

CITI utilizes data warehouse and business intelligence concepts to further grow as a company. In using both these practices CITI aims to develop, maintain, and extend metadata repositories with organizationally-wide information.
