CITI currently works with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on its Biometric Storage System (BSS), which will improve identity management, reduce the burden on benefit applicants, and improve the sharing of person-centric case files on immigrants applying for U.S. citizenship.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State (DOS), the Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Department of Labor (DOL) all utilize this application.

CITI utilizes data warehouse and business intelligence concepts to further grow as a company. In using both these practices CITI aims to develop, maintain, and extend metadata repositories with organizationally-wide information. CITI provides an enterprise data model to map critical data elements and their interrelationships across the organization.

CITI also advises and guides Data Reference Model (DRM) implementation with ready access to standard reference tables as well as identifying key information flows, control flows and interdependencies to structure complex and disorganized data.
