Arlington VA, January 20, 2006 – The Industry Advisory Council (IAC) announced the “Top 20” program candidates on January 17, 2006 for the sixth annual Excellence.Gov awards. One of these finalists was the Net-Centric Diplomacy program at the Department of State, for which C.I.T.I. developed the software and led its implementation. The “Top 20” finalists were recognized for their achievements at the IAC Excellence.Gov Awards ceremony and luncheon with keynote Congressman Tom Davis on Wednesday, February 15, 2006.
