April 22, 2007 - The United States Department of State awarded a prime contract for Hybrid Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) in the 8(a) set-aside pool to Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI).  CITI will support State globally under a $106M contract that includes a base year and four option periods.  CITI’s HITSS Team includes SRA, EMC² MicroSoft™ Practice, GlobalSat, SSCI, Keane Federal Systems, and Powersolv, Inc.
