We are looking for a Business Development Director to cover Academic Medical Centers/Hospitals, and Healthcare Providers. The position will be responsible for positioning CITI’s personalized healthcare solutions typically at the C Suite level and require knowledge of EHR, Conversion, Integrations related services in general in addition to an understanding of broader healthcare trends e.g. ACOs, Meaningful Use

·         Position CITI’s Personalized Healthcare solutions to senior level audiences of clinicians and the C Suite

  •  

         Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through own individual efforts, utilizing support from strategy, marketing, business development etc. wherever possible

·         Working with Sales help devise account strategies to sell our personalized healthcare solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers

·         Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the applications

·         Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition

·         Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers

·         Maintaining an in depth and up to date industry knowledge of the Healthcare industry and the advances in genomics that are driving a new era of molecular diagnostics for clinical care

·         Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant customers throughout the sales lifecycle

·         Maintaining up to date knowledge and commercial awareness of the rapidly evolving external market place and competitor product/solution offerings and value propositions

·         Contributing to the generation and maintenance of relevant Healthcare Value Propositions

·         Work with product strategy to ensure solutions reflect market requirements

·         Working as part of cross Line of Business Account Teams on specific opportunities to enhance revenue for CITI as requested

·         Ensuring the creation of reference sites with all customers
