Founded in 1996, Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI) has continued to prove itself as a forward-thinking information technology company - a company that provides its clients with real-world solutions that integrate long-term functionality and capability. With quality solutions and services provided primarily to the Federal government, CITI has grown into a diversely talented and motivated IT enterprise with nearly 350 employees and annual revenue approaching $70 million. CITI is a right-sized company - large enough to have vast resources to meet its customer's needs, yet small enough to be agile and creative.

From program management to design, implementation, data migration, quality assurance, training and performance measurement, CITI has a perfect track record of providing exceptional competence, guaranteeing the timely and quality completions of milestones and projects, and ensuring that the customer and other stakeholders are included in all major communications. As a result, our clients seek us out time and again, as made evident by repeat contracts and contract extensions with a number of U.S. Federal Government agencies including the Department of State, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Homeland Security.

CITI utilizes systems engineering and integration, biometrics, knowledge management, enterprise information sharing, and enterprise architecture. We offer specialized and award-winning solutions in software engineering, design, and development.

With our headquarters in Falls Church, VA, and with a major office in Arlington, Virginia, CITI is strategically located to better serve our Federal clients. Our offices include a state-of-the-art development integration lab and testing facility where we both develop systems and explore advanced technologies on behalf of our clients.

CITI has received many awards and certifications – CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2000 certifications, the Inc. 500, the American Council for Technology & Industry Advisory Council (ACT/IAC) "Top20" Excellence.Gov Award, and nominations such as the Department of State Small Business Contractor of the Year. We offer a Technology Infusion Initiative (TII) to encourage our talented staff to pursue technology and management certifications, as well as further foster the entrepreneurial spirit of emerging small businesses through our mentor/protégé program which led to the award of the Small Business Administration's (SBA) "2009 Entrepreneurial Success Award".
