CRITI - CITI Collaboration

In 2006, CITI opened its Mumbai, India office -- (Criti) -- with the objective of diversifying and moving into the commercial IT market. Since its inception Criti has built a team of over 70 employees and an operational platform which can be utilized by CITI with a variety of objectives such as:

• Leveraging economies of scale
• Technology excellence
• Creating new IPs (Intellectual Properties)
• High quality management bandwidth, and
• Joint go-to-market strategy for geographies other than the U.S.

CITI and Criti have been working closely in areas including, but not limited to business strategy development, business planning, business development, internal operations management, human resources, marketing and branding, and technology initiatives.

In support of building a global, commercial IT business, CITI CEO and President Sunil Kolhekar accompanied the Criti team to Belgium to provide Premaman (Criti's newest retail customer) insight into CITI and Criti -- highlighting the financial stability of his organization.

In the area of HR, both the teams have collaborated with Criti overseeing some of the critical CITI corporate HR functions such as travel, training, and recruitment. In the area of marketing and branding, the Criti team has conceptualized, designed and developed the CITI web site and will ensure the website remains dynamic and fresh through the use of new and ever-changing functionality. In addition, Criti will continue to build sales collateral and important presentation material for CITI on demand.

The work between CITI and its India office, Criti, is ongoing and evolving with each organization utilizing its expertise to bolster the other.
