Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) ProgramContract activities include the automated collection of Toxics Release Inventory data reported by commercial and government facilities in support of EPCRA, the statistical analysis of this data, and the development of IT solutions that enable the indexing, storing, and searching of millions of records and documents. We also provide full life-cycle, client-server development to support the data entry and processing of 25,000 to 30,000 electronic and hardcopy TRI reports received by facilities around the nation. Central Data Exchange (CDX)We were instrumental in the design and development of the very first pilot for Risk Management Plan (RMP*WebRC), a Web-based tool that chemical processing facilities throughout the country use to correct TRI data within 30 days as mandated by congress. Based on the latest Java technology, RMP*WebRC simplifies the update process by putting key information on the Internet. Today, facilities are accessing this tool from the CDX Web portal to view facility information and make changes online. |
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Research and Data ManagementWe are performing a research support and data management role in support of HUD's Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R). We provide database design, management, and analysis of multi-million record databases containing all mortgage loans by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. We assist in the analysis of the primary mortgage market, including the Federal Housing Administration and the Veterans Administration, and the secondary mortgage market, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. We provide analytical and policy support for HUD’s exercise of regulatory responsibilities for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Our services ensure that HUD researchers and policy makers have the data, the analysis, and the information needed to make decisions that directly impact our Nation's housing and mortgage markets. Grant Management ProgramOn this contract, our employees are instrumental in developing efficient web-based solutions that manage enterprise zones, enterprise communities, and Title V programs for (HUD). This program is designed to minimize the impact of disasters on communities, and expedite the recovery process by allocating funds to offset costs of rebuilding and rehabilitation. The applications we developed and maintain currently support the management of $2.7B in grants in New York City arising from the events of 9/11. |

Railroad Safety Website AdministrationWe are helping protect the safety of U.S. rail operators and transportation systems by collecting, validating, processing, and publishing national railway safety data to the Internet. We helped the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) plan, design, and develop the communication strategies, tools, applications, and Web Services they use to publish their safety data. We continue to assess current and emerging technologies for the FRA to determine how to best plan for and implement these technologies. |
