A "Sales Enthusiast" with approximately 3-4 years of experience in the IT Products and Services industry who would join our growing team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships.
Hands-on experience in target customer prospecting, building sales pipelines, conducting outreach activities, and selling IT Services & Products (preferably in the US market).
Understand and apply the Challenger Sales methodology and conduct outbound prospecting, target account management, Cold Calling, call coaching, email writing, and similar outreach activities.
Leverage the usage of social media tools in prospecting as well as making outreach and securing appointments.
Understand CITI’s Product and Service offerings and convey the fitment of CITI’s offerings to the customer’s needs in a compelling manner.
Conduct an analysis of the customer behavior, identify patterns, and recommend improvements to the leadership to improve effectiveness of the outreach activities.
Profile existing and past customers and identify opportunities for account growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the prospects; identify methods for expanding the outreach within the target customer organizations.
Ownership of Quarterly Sales Targets (outreach activities, new prospects, pipeline growth, revenue growth)
Inside sales experience with US market.
Minimum 3 to 8 years in experience in IT Sales or a Call center.
Prior experience in US Healthcare Domain.
Sound understanding of Cold Calling techniques and concepts.
Opportunity mining experience- should be good in requirement elicitation mining.
Outstanding communication abilities (both verbal and written) to transform incoming calls into prospective business opportunities and effectively address telephone inquiries.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve agreed personal targets.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail to gather relevant Industries and corporate information.
Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values, to ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are maintained.
Proficiency in English (US) is a big plus. Candidates with English speaking / writing certifications will be preferred.
Experience in Healthcare or Human Services / Social Services will be a plus.
