Lead training needs analysis with diverse stakeholders.
Outline the major tasks required for training the key stakeholders. This includes the business and technical process details of the proposed solution, interfaces, portals, knowledge base and services.
Define the training goals and critical success factors.
Describe the methodology that will be used for planning, designing, developing and delivering the training for users.
Define the timelines, methods, material components and approach for delivering training.
Define the quality assurance and review process used in training deliverables.
Define the competency assessment and training evaluation process. This includes user assessment methods, the competencies to be evaluated and the passing or completion criteria. We will also define the user training survey template to collect the user feedback.
Develop the specific responsibilities of all the parties involved (State/CITI) in developing and delivering training.
Identify risks with potential mitigations and define assumptions.
Compile internal and external dependencies with a modular implementation approach.
Identify and document future considerations for the roll out of the proposed solution.
